Please read the following notes before applying for your loan.

DATA PROTECTION

The Customer agrees that Homeloans Direct and other companies approved by them and/or the Supplier, and any introducer may make such enquiries and searches and obtain such references as they consider necessary from any person including any credit reference agency (which will keep a record of any search made) and disclose the results of those enquiries, searches and references and any information given by the Customer or any person in applying for this agreement or about this agreement or about the way in which it is conducted ('relevant information') to any agency and/or Supplier, any introducer and/or Insurer.

The relevant information may be used for credit assessment, including credit scoring, and by other Lenders in assessing applications from the Customer and members of the Customer's household and occasionally for debt recovery, tracing and fraud prevention.

Homeloans Direct and other companies approved by them and/or the Supplier, any introducer and/or the Insurer may use the relevant information to advise the Customer about other products and services which may be of interest, unless the Customer otherwise requests in writing.

The Customer understands that the benefit of the agreement may be sold, transferred or assigned to a third party and in that connection the Customer consents to the disclosure by Homeloans Direct of the relevant information to any actual or proposed purchaser, assignee or transferee or to any other person in connection with such sale, assignment or transfer.
